jeetbuzz Terms & Conditions — Rules of Play

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "jeetbuzz", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the jeetbuzz platform accessible at jeetbuzz.vin, duly licensed under an international gaming authority.
• "Platform" means the jeetbuzz website, mobile-optimised site, any associated applications, and all games, products, and services made available through them.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency in which jeetbuzz balances are held and transactions are conducted.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account under a jeetbuzz promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it — or winnings derived from it — may be withdrawn as real funds.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player in PKR, excluding any Bonus Funds, that are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To be eligible to open and maintain a jeetbuzz account, you must satisfy each of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of any business or corporate entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law and where accessing such services would constitute a criminal offence.
• You are of sound mind and acting voluntarily, free of any compulsion or addiction that impairs your judgment.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jeetbuzz or any affiliated gaming platform and had your account closed for cause.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of jeetbuzz, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

jeetbuzz reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification — at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and retention of funds pending compliance review.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jeetbuzz Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must not use a false identity, impersonate any other person, or provide false contact details. jeetbuzz may reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeetbuzz login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify jeetbuzz immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. jeetbuzz shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your jeetbuzz account at any time by contacting our support team. jeetbuzz may also close or suspend your account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe you have violated this Agreement, are engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by our regulatory obligations.

jeetbuzz processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rs 100 via JazzCash and EasyPaisa; Rs 500 via bank transfer.
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance instantly for mobile wallet transactions and within one hour for bank transfers, subject to network conditions.
• jeetbuzz does not charge any deposit processing fee. Any charges levied by your payment provider are outside jeetbuzz's control.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account verified in the same name as your jeetbuzz account.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This includes submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC or equivalent government-issued identity document.
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be satisfied before Real Money Balance derived from bonus play is eligible for withdrawal.
• jeetbuzz reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding Rs 50,000 or where unusual transaction patterns are detected.

jeetbuzz offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cricket-season specials. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue. Bonus Funds not wagered within this period will be forfeited without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, jeetbuzz Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: jeetbuzz reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or forfeit any bonus — and to close any account — where we have reasonable grounds to believe a Player is exploiting promotional offers, including through multi-accounting, use of automated betting strategies, or coordinated wagering with other Players to reduce risk artificially.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Where a maximum withdrawal limit applies to a bonus, any winnings exceeding that limit generated from Bonus Funds will be removed from the balance at the point of withdrawal.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and in-play wagering activity on the jeetbuzz Platform. Game-specific rules for individual sports, markets, and bet types are published separately on the Platform and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by jeetbuzz. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen bet confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Pending bets are not guaranteed accepted.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. If odds change between the time you submit your bet and the time it is processed, jeetbuzz may accept the bet at the updated odds or return the stake to your account.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: jeetbuzz publishes minimum and maximum stake limits per market. These may change at any time and may vary between sports, events, and individual Players at jeetbuzz's discretion.
• Match Abandonment and Postponements: Where a fixture is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant sport rules, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless specific rules for that market state otherwise.
• Obvious Errors: jeetbuzz reserves the right to void bets offered and accepted at clearly erroneous odds due to data feed errors, human error, or system malfunction. Where possible, jeetbuzz will honour incorrectly priced bets that have already settled, but this is at the operator's sole discretion.
• Live / In-Play Betting: In-play betting markets are offered in real time and jeetbuzz may suspend markets at any point. Bets placed on suspended markets will be void and stakes returned.

All casino games available on jeetbuzz — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and instant win products — are supplied by third-party certified game providers and use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes.

• Return to Player (RTP): Each game's theoretical RTP percentage is available within the game's information panel. Past outcomes do not influence future results in RNG-certified games.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during any casino game session, the round in question will be declared void and any stake placed will be returned to the Player's balance. jeetbuzz's decision in such matters is final.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. In the event of a streaming disconnection, the outcome of any in-progress round will be recorded and settled based on the game provider's logs.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Casino game stake limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by title, provider, and Player VIP tier. jeetbuzz may adjust stake limits at any time.
• Prohibited Strategies: The use of any external software, automated betting systems, or exploitative betting patterns (including but not limited to martingale abuse during bonus play) that are designed to circumvent the normal house edge of any game is prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeetbuzz Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent account restrictions by registering on their behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point in your relationship with jeetbuzz.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to access, navigate, or place wagers on the Platform without explicit written authorisation from jeetbuzz.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or pricing mistake on the Platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or generate artificial wagering volume to satisfy bonus requirements.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit legitimately made to your jeetbuzz account via your payment provider without first raising the matter with jeetbuzz support.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by local law.

jeetbuzz is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Pakistani player base and provides the following tools, all accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you may lose across a defined time period. Once reached, further wagering is restricted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you after a defined period of continuous play. Regular breaks are encouraged.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cool-off, you may not access the casino or sportsbook but may withdraw your Real Money Balance.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a minimum six-month self-exclusion, during which your account will be closed and you will be blocked from registering a new account. jeetbuzz will also suppress any marketing communications to you during the exclusion period.

All content on the jeetbuzz Platform — including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and compilation of content — is the exclusive property of jeetbuzz or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, or broadcast any Platform content without prior written consent from jeetbuzz.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform software.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice appearing on the Platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tool against any part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of jeetbuzz intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeetbuzz's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jeetbuzz shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of or damage to data or information.
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, third-party service outages, or force majeure events beyond jeetbuzz's reasonable control.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude jeetbuzz's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

jeetbuzz reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — jeetbuzz will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by publishing the updated terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via their on-account message centre or registered contact details.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any Real Money Balance at any time.

It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current terms governing your use of jeetbuzz.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jeetbuzz holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and jeetbuzz, we encourage you to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. jeetbuzz undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant gaming authority under whose licence jeetbuzz operates. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
